  •  Gym users are restricted to 3 sessions a week (we may increase this depending on footfall) 

  • Please follow all safety info from instructors and signage

  • Unless paying a direct debit all session fee’s must be paid by cash or card on arrival for session.

  • Strict 1 in 1 out ruling on toilet/changing room

  • There will be strictly *NO ACCESS* to the kitchen area so be sure to bring a bottle of water for your session

  • Although 1hr 30m bookings we would like to ask that users finish their session by 1hr 20m to allow time for instructors to clean general area’s

  • All individual equipment used to be disinfected by user

  • NO PRE-BOOKING (do not book weeks in advance, only book for the current week)

  • Any cancellations must be made by phone or email, If you fail to attend a booked session we will not allow you to book for 1 week and you may incur a daily fee.

  • After your session all visitors will be asked to leave through the end fire escape to avoid crossover with next training group
